DB5K loophole?

So I'm a supporter of DB5K, however due to the settlement of the long legal battle, Jaejoong, Yoochun, and Junsu will never be able to perform under the title of TVXQ/DBSK. 

I have found a possible loophole. 

A collaboration~!!

Think about it, TVXQ ft. JYJ. And they can be together again :D 

Congratulations to JYJ btw. Just I couldn't come to terms with all five of them not being on stage together ever again :C
